 National Day for Announcing the Creation of the Algerian Transparency Network #Narakom 

On October 23, 2023, Guelma University 8 Mai 1945 participated in the National Day marking the creation of the Algerian Transparency Network #Narakom, through remote conferencing technology.

The official launch of the network's digital portal was led by the Minister of the Interior, along with the Chair of the High Authority for Transparency and Anti-Corruption and the President of the National Civil Society Observatory, marking the official introduction of the digital platform #Narakom.
